We offer a variety of products including boilies, pellets, pop ups, oils, liquid food and a range of other carp bait products. All products listed on our site are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person or per order.
We make every effort to accurately display product details, including colours and images, but cannot guarantee complete accuracy due to variations in device displays.
3. ORDERING AND PAYMENT
Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not signify acceptance of your order but acknowledges that we have received it. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Payment: We accept the following payment methods: credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay. All prices are in GBP unless stated otherwise.
Billing and Pricing: Prices listed are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be added to the total during checkout.
By saving your payment details at checkout or paying an invoice, you authorise Take The Baot to store your card information securely via Stripe, our payment processor, for future transactions. This includes future orders and, where applicable, automatic charging for outstanding or overdue payments related to prior purchases.
We will only use saved card details in line with this agreement and with your prior authorisation at the time of saving. While Stripe securely manages your card data, Take The Bait does not store full card information on our systems.
You may remove your saved payment details at any time by logging into your account or contacting us at support@takethebait.co.uk. If you do not wish for your card to be charged automatically for future payments, please ensure you do not select the option to save your payment details or contact us to revoke authorisation.
4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping Policy: We offer shipping within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on location and shipping method selected.
Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery address and are shown during checkout.
International Shipping: Additional customs fees or taxes may apply to international orders. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Return Eligibility: Products may be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, resalable condition and packaging. Some items (e.g., freezer baits and worn clothing) may be non-returnable. If items have been damaged, please send photos to support@takethebait.co.uk and we will endeavour to replace the products for you as soon as possible.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@takethebait.co.uk. We will provide further instructions on how to return your item(s). Returns must be sent to us within 7 working days, and we must be informed of a return within 48 hours of delivery date.
Refunds: Refunds are in TakeTheBait/store credit and will be processed after receiving and inspecting the returned items.
